At Skipper, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home essentials. If your purchase doesn't perfectly suit your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
